Find mirror and water reflections
Mirror and Water Image questions test your understanding of reflections — horizontal (mirror) and vertical (water) reflections of figures, letters, and numbers.
A mirror image is the lateral (left-right) inversion of a figure as seen in a mirror. A water image is the vertical (top-bottom) inversion as seen in water reflection. You must identify the correct reflection.
Mirror and Water Images test spatial visualization skills and appear in SSC, NDA, and various competitive exams.
1.Place an actual mirror on the page to verify during practice
2.For mirror: vertical elements stay, horizontal elements flip
3.For water: horizontal elements stay, vertical elements flip
4.Practice with the alphabet — memorize which letters change
Mirror image flips left-right (as seen in a mirror held to the right). Water image flips top-bottom (as seen in water below the figure). The axis of reflection is different.
